Ordering & Payments

How can I use a discount code?

You can enter your discount code during the checkout process before completing your payment.

First, choose the item you would like to purchase and add it to your cart. From the cart page, proceed to checkout by selecting the debit or credit card checkout option. This checkout flow can be used whether you plan to pay by card or through PayPal.

If you are shopping on a mobile device, tap “Show order summary” to open the discount code field. If you are using a desktop computer, the discount code box will usually appear on the right side of the checkout page.

Enter your code, apply it, and then continue with your preferred payment method.


What payment methods are available?

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard worldwide shipping fee is generally USD $5.99.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. LeorieaVesre offers worldwide shipping.

We work with fulfillment partners and warehouses in different regions so that, whenever possible, your order can be shipped from the most suitable available location.


How long will delivery take?

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

You can use your tracking number on tracking websites such as 17track.net or the carrier’s official tracking page to check the latest shipment status.


Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been shipped.

In some cases, tracking may temporarily stop updating while the package is moving between warehouses, customs facilities, or carrier transfer points. This is common for international shipments and does not necessarily mean your package is lost.


Why did I receive only part of my order?

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.

This can happen when items are fulfilled from different warehouses or when splitting shipments helps reduce delivery time. Each package may have its own tracking number.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my shipping address, name, or phone number?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@leorieavesre.com with the subject line:

Urgent: Address Change

To help us process your request, please include:

Your full updated shipping address
Your correct name and phone number, if applicable

We will do our best to make the update before the order enters fulfillment. Once the package has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.


Can I change the size, color, quantity, or items in my order?

Order changes may be possible if the request is made before the order has entered fulfillment.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, item changes may no longer be available.


Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation. A small processing fee may apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please wait for the package to arrive and contact us for return instructions if needed.


Post-Delivery Support

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please contact us at support@leorieavesre.com as soon as possible.

A clear photo of the shipping label on the package

What if my item has a defect or quality issue?

What should I do if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

Once we receive your information, we will check your order and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Account & Communication

I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us at support@leorieavesre.com and provide the email address used at checkout. We will help confirm your order and resend the order information if needed.


I have not received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

Tracking information is usually sent within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.

If it has been longer than expected, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still have not received it, contact us and we will help check the status of your shipment.
