1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing it for shipment.
Most orders require up to 3 business days for order verification, packing, quality checking, and transfer to our shipping partners.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time and Shipping Fee
We offer standard worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery time is usually 10–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
A flat shipping fee of USD $5.99 is generally charged per order. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only. Shipping time may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs checks, local carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other unexpected events.
If delays occur, we appreciate your patience while the carrier continues processing your package.

5. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, your items may be shipped separately.

6. Order Changes
If you need to correct your shipping address or modify order details such as size, color, quantity, or product selection, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Missed Deliveries
If the delivery carrier is unable to complete delivery, they may leave a notice or hold the package at a local post office or pickup location.
Please check your tracking information first and contact the local carrier for pickup or redelivery instructions.
LeorieaVesre is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect shipping information, unavailable recipients, or failure to collect a package in time.
8. When Shipping Takes Longer Than Expected
If your tracking information has updated within the past 7 days, your package is usually still moving through the delivery network.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we may arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
However, if tracking shows that the package has been successfully delivered, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, household members, building management, reception desks, mailrooms, or your local carrier first.
10. Shipping Origins and Destinations
LeorieaVesre offers worldwide shipping to many countries and regions.
In rare cases, if we are unable to ship to your destination, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Depending on inventory availability and delivery efficiency, orders may be shipped from warehouses or fulfillment facilities in locations such as the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union, Hong Kong, or directly from trusted manufacturing partners.
11. Important Shipping Notes
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for delivery failure, package loss, or return shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
Once the tracking status shows that a package has been delivered, our shipping responsibility is considered fulfilled.
Packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery are not covered by our shipping policy.
