General Return Policy
All orders placed with LeorieaVesre are treated as final sale.
We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, wrong color selected, or personal preference after delivery.
Returns, refunds, or replacements may only be considered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Although we take care in checking and packing our products, issues may occasionally occur during fulfillment or delivery.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
A photo of the shipping label or package, if available
After receiving your information, our support team will review the case. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform. In most cases, approved refunds will appear within 7–12 business days after processing.
Please note that LeorieaVesre cannot control delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Exchanges
We do not provide regular product exchanges.
A replacement may only be arranged when the item has been confirmed by our support team to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your replacement request is approved, our team will provide the next steps by email.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return any item without first contacting our customer support team.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, or any other resolution.
